Yet another "why is this running slow" thread.

Sorry, I really do feel like I've exhausted all my other options though. I've gone through the guide already, the screenshots and options are outdated so I winged it the best I could. Using either GDSX or ZeroGS and native scale and all that jazz I still pull like 12 fps in the opening cutscenes of KH and SOTC. 2d games go just fine.

Any ideas and suggestions would be much appreciated. I also noticed that during these open cutscenes (which are so sluggish I can't even skip them) my CPU usage never surpasses 7% which I thought was unusual but maybe it's because it's just a cutscene and no gameplay numbers are being crunched.
