Yes, official runtime. The own emulator opens the site for it.
Out of curiosity where is it linking to? If it's the dxwebsetup file then that won't work if DX11 is already installed. It'll indeed say a newer version is installed.
I've tried to install the June version, as i said in the first post. It gives an error message saying there's a newer version installed (in the log files), and it fails.
DO NOT use program like 7z/winrar to extract the DX files, use the built in extractor in the exe DX installations tend fail if you use and external extractor.
the directx_Jun2010_redist.exe installs the files and overrides them reguadless cause there IS no newer verison. and that is the same DX i use, short of your registry and or gpu drivers being corrupt. (tried reinstalling gpu drivers?) tried running it as administrator?
There is no reason for the directx_Jun2010_redist.exe to say there newer version installed. cause like said there no newer version atm and it overrides the files there anyway.

i might wanna ask. how'd you get the
Quote:d3dx9_43 dll (2345 KB) installed in both Win32 and SysWOW64
in both? the one is syswow64 should be 1952 KB large. this is the one pcsx2 uses. if it's the wrong one it won't work. so... i hope you didn't just google some dll file crap and copy pasted that wrong one in there too. then you gotta remove it again. and use the offical installer from here (the full package).
if you had proper installed it there shouldn't be any conflicts. it's a flawless thing. so... for troubleshooting...
uninstall the "Microsoft DirectX Redistributable (June 2010)" from the currently installed programs list . then reboot. then reinstall it from the offical.

you cant "uninstall" DirectX
Another thing worth noting i not sure if true or not is for DX to install correctly .net need to be installed on the system. If the installed says it successed it work ingore what the log says if the installer is say new verison of dx is installed something is wrong cause there is no newer version

ofc you should be able uninstall that specific package. it's just an "utility addon". the core is not even touched. i can't verify it completely right now, cause i don't have it - just the complete sdk which includes that - so...
