Yes, even in ogl renderer. Just tried it in Direct 3D as well, but still the same single issue.

what if you disable widescreen patch ?

OGL software no fix, but it also disables the background music.

Widescreen patch was never turned on, tried turning it on and it only made more issues.

I have made a patch for this, here is the code to make a .pnach file for your cheats folder
The crc is 07AD79C9.
Just make a text file called 07AD79C9.pnach and edit it to have the code below:

Would this also work for the same game, but when crc is 57C3FFC5? (its the spanish/german/french/italian version) i ve been trying to make this bugfix run, tried multiple while browsing through this forum, also with specific pnach files for this specific crc, but it didnt work yet.
