It's not just you, it's a known bug, and the only way to fix it is software rendering, you can toggle it with F9.

It isn't, but nothing you can do about that either except to ignore it

double check your gsdx settings.
1.)you need to set "Geforce 400 series" as your adapter
2.)Renderer must be set at "DX11"

optional:
still annoying on the vertical line stripes set as DX11 software mode to remove that vertical lines.
