Zatch Bell Mamodo Battles HELP!~

Please Help Me !~ my zatch bell mamodo battles wont work
This is what happened. i ran the game , the pcsx2 was running. but then it showed up a black screen and i have been at the screen for like more than 5 mins and other games work for me.
This is my computer spec
Operating System: Window Vista Home Premium (6.0, Build 6202)
Processor: Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E6550 @ 2.33GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
Directx Version: Directx11
NVIDIA Geforce 8400 GS
im using a pcsx2-0.9.6-r1533

Please Help! and my ZBMB is a iso format file. which allows me to run in pcsx2 and it even said that it was compatible to play with pcsx2

oh , i know what was wrong . My BIOS I PUT IT IN THE WRONG LANGUAGE =.=
There's a new problem after getting through all those videos at the starting screen , i will get a black screen and i dont know why
