[ZeroSPU2] no voice in cutscenes of FFXII

A lot of cutscenes in ffxii have no voice sound. I've tried using peops but it's choppy and echoey in cutscenes. SPU2-X has lots of random beeps and screeching which is highly annoying. Was wondering if there was any fix or another sound plugin that I could use?

some have no voice for me too, I thought that was part of the game coding. but I don't think ANY plugin will get it.
