about dec30 latest plugins

i just added the dec30 latest plugins on my pcsx2r1888
an error occured it says..

This application has failed to start because w32pthreads.v3.dll was not
found. Re installing the application may fix this problem.

can anyone help me fix this please?Sad

put w32pthreads.v3.dll in pcsx2's main directory
it came with the plugins pack

re-read my post..
the file is in the download package
find it and put it on pcsx2 main directory then ur gud to go

didn't notice there's a new plugins..
test it 4 mins ago and it worked
