I know about the tekken and soul caliber fix. Set resolution to 1200 x something (or just native) and the vertical lines go away.  ace combat 4 still has vertical lines for me.

Try align sprite hack and round sprite offset hack and check for the status of the issue.
We're supposed to be working as a team, if we aren't helping and suggesting things to each other, we aren't working as a team.
