additions to the compatibility list?

I was wondering, if I have titles (playable or not), that aren't on the compatibility list yet, where can I submit them? and what information do you need to know? (like config used, emulator version, etc.)

Uhm, the compatibility list is... inactive as of now. When it was active, it was only open to the betatesters.
Supposing it gets reworked again in the future, I have no idea of how it will be reworked.
