already install directx9 but pcsx2 still asking update library

I need help, my laptop is windows 10,directx12 

at first, pcsx2 asking to update library and the apps sent me to official microsoft web, and i download it (directx9).
after that, when im open pcsx2 it still asking for updating library, and log say "Cannot find d3dx9_43.dll"
i have copying from c:\windows\sysWOW64 (which have d3dx9_43.dll)  to pcsx2->plugins and it says "File is not a valid dynamic library."
when i downloading from internet "dll-f*les.com" , "gsdx9 plugin pack from pcsx2 web" it says the same word too ( invalid)

what must i do with that d3dx9_43.dll problem?

you downlaoded the redist and installed it ?
or just used the web updater ?
