Game : devil may cry 2 ( Lucia disc ) [ pal-e ]
i also tried to turn of all speed hacks the problem didn't go but the speed did
it is most of the time real full speed but when a lot of enemies start to come ( 4 + )
the game become like 35 FPS but it still it is 50 FPS
any idea

If disabling Speedhacks doesn't do it, I find a dark room with a single bright light shinning directly at the culprit usually provides the truth.
Seriously though, I'm not sure what to say. Sorry.

Question: Does this happen on a real PS2? Some games have slowdowns when a lot is going on on real hardware, and this will be the same for PCSX2... I'm not familiar enough with DMC... never got far on them when I did have them.

PCSX2 settings? Plugin settings? What do the EE/GS% numbers in the game window say whn you get slowdowns?
