Hello , I'm from Argentina and do not speak English well

when I start pcsx2 a message that says "The program can not start because missing api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0.dll ..." 
although already copied to the system32 folder and plugins pcsx2, 32 and 64 bits versions.

I hope you can help me , thanks

The files need to be in the SysWoW64 folder, not System32 Also it has to be the 32bit version only!
