api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0.dll error on windows 10

Can't start pcsx2 because it gives me this error(api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0.dll ). I have already installed visual c++ 2015 (x86)

This (https://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-Sticky-F...ws-7-8-Fix) only works for windows 7 and 8 apparently

my windows is updated and the version is 9600

Nevermind this thread... I managed to make it work with a previous version os pcsx2


but to answer your question... the winver command returned build 9600
