arabic Translation messed up pcsx2 launch

i had a really wierd issue whith the testing builds especially the new ones with the arabic language the problem is:

if i launch pcsx2 with the ar folder in place it will run on the task manager for about 3 - 5 seconds and close after that, i found the solution by removing the ar folder pcsx2 finally launched.

new info:

PCSX2 slow start when the ar folder is not present.

got it sort of solved at the moment by renaming ar folder to ar_SA.
