try align sprite hack in gsdx hw hacks

Disable anisotropic filtering to get rid of improper rendering of shadows in God of War 1/2.

oh, and try using ogl renderer since you have an nvidia GPU
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
