CPU:
Intel E7500 core 2 duo @ 2.93 GHz
Intel E8400 core 2 duo @ 3 GHz
Intel Q8200 core 2 quad @ 2.33 GHz

GPU:
Geforce 9500GT 1 GB DDR3
Geforce 220GT 1 GB DDR3

i want to keep myself in a certain budget range that's why these r the available chioces

Get either of the first 2 CPUs and get the 220GT (might not be enough though, 220 is pretty slow)

I suggest you get the E7500 CPU which should be the cheapest and try to get a better graphics card with the extra money like GT240 (make sure it's GDDR5) or 9600GT.

thank u for the reply Smile

so will the E7500 be enough to run it at top speed?

it is cheaper yea,and if i get it i can invest the price difference to get the 240GT as lady said (but it will be DDR3 i guess) is that better?

and by the way,is the difference between 240GT & 220GT that big?i mean is it worth to sacrifice the E8400 for the E7500 to get the 240GT?

Theres not a big diffrence between E7500 and E8400. Both will do fine in almost every game, especially if you know and are willing to overclock.
If you get the GT220 you will probably find it lacking when playing some ps2 games. The GT240 is very similar to my GT8800 and I can increase the resolution in most games, but in a few I still need to keep it low on some more demanding though. So I would definitely not recommend anything below GT240.
Now I dont know how demanding naruto is since I dont have it, but the price diffreance on the GT220 and GT240 is not a whole lot, so Id say GT240 is the better choice.
Specs:
CPU: C2D E8400 @ 3.6
GPU: GTX 560Ti 2Gb
MOB: Asus P5QL
RAM: Crucial 4Gb
OS: Windows 7 64bit/XP 32bit

@ diehardude

Im on a dual core 2.6 and a geforce 240gt 512 gddr5,and i run that game perfect, without using any speedhacks (well you have to use x1.5 cycle rate if you dont want the game to constantly crush, yeah thats strange you need a hack to make the game run perfect ^^) and all other settings to default, cpu in limit, dual core enabled micro vu disabled, gsdx both native and scaling x2,directx 10,unchecked 8 bit textures.
