best setting for pcsx2?

What would be the best settings I can run pcsx2 based off of my specs? I tried Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2 work well but had problems with Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2 gameplay fps drop from 60 to 40

CPU: E6550 2.33GHz
Chipset: Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 210 1GB
RAM: 4GB

There isn't a whole lot you can do except eventually upgrade your system.
