best settings for my rig

So I made a thread a few months back and was told ratchet and clank 3 wouldn't run on my system, but I now have a complete new PC and was wondering if you guys could hekp me out with optimal settings!

i5 4690k
gtx 970
8gb 1600mhz ram
windows 8.1

would really appreciate your help as I've been really excited to play this game!

Enable all speed hacks labeled as "recommended". Also enable the MTVU and EE cycle rate hacks. under config>video>plugin settings set 3 extra rendering threads.
Press F9 to fix the textures
