i downloaded a pre sorted preconfigured with all files copy of pcsx2

it came with 4 bioses

europe v1.6
europe v2.0
japan v1.0
usa v1.6


can someone please clarify what the difference is between all these, esp. europe versions

As said above, to legally use PCSX2 you need to have dumped the bios from your own console.
We don't support piracy/warez.
