It's not a bug...
Anyway I gave it a go but the ways I made that faster removes other effects in the game so not worth it and it's not extremely slow in system (it's barely a mid-low range nowadays) so I don't really see the point, you can always use frameskip if you must play with that guy.

Anyone of you 2 having an ATI card?
If so make a test for me. Set to direct 9 and tell me your FPS of the FMV intro.
On my mobility 5870, its like a horrible 12 fps.
DX10 is +-45
Whats weird is that on my desktop with a nVidia card, this fmv is like nothing.
GPU-Z report 100% GPU utilization for the ATI card under dx10 :/
Im wondering if there could be a driver issue or something GSDX is doing that is affecting the ATI card under this particular FMV. (witch look like a bunch of texture being uploaded) different from other games FMV.

nvidia cards are optimized for pcsx2, this is because Gabest only owns a nvidia card. There are some games/effects that don't run as well on ATi because of this.
