when can we expect "patches" implementation in the current svn?
or it will be done only just before the release?

is it theoretically possible to change EE cycle rate on fly? during the game?
Would be a nice feature. I am playing in MGS2 now and x1.5 is good for a gameplay, but for some cut-scenes it is better to set x2.0.
But with x2.0 the gameplay is to fast, like movement and shooting.. but speaking on codec is still at normal speed)

anyway, addition of shortkeys for as many speed-related options as possible would be helpful.
Or it is impossible?

I don't think hotkeys for speedhacks is a good thing at all... hotkeys for framelimiter is there tho.

You can already change those options while playing without much of a problem really.
