When I tested, I found that either of the first two codes posted will work the same way, for my testing purposes though, I left both on. I did not try the latest code that was posted which said that it won't fix all the blur though, I can test that one separately if you'd like.

i abso-friggin-lutely love yah man! the blurs are gone whenever i open my menu or there is a cutscene! thnx a lot!

It fixes the blur very slightly, as you will see. To get sharper imagery, up-rendering the game adds a lot and turning off texture filtering really works wonders.
