Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X

the FMV bug has been fixed in newer development (Git) builds.

Sounds like some sort of dodgy unofficial build, which we don't support.

Please get an official version of PCSX2 before we go any further.

did you somehow patch your ISO ?
do you get the same problem when using directly your original physical disc ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X

The iso is not patche.
