Always try a save state before trying to access a save point the normal way. It's been a while since i played the game, but, if i remember correctly, most of the broken save points are in the first half of the game. From the Cathedral Ship onward, only one or two broken save points.

Sorry for the offtopic, my maximus V dont seems to have turbo voltage I only see offset voltage. I gonna check that tomorrow, Thanks rama.
