button didn't work when playing tourist trophy?

excuse me, im indonesia im bad with english language so forgive me..
i want play tourist trophy but in the middle of game i dont know the game pad is really doesnt work, please help me...!!

If I have this correctly: You are playing to game "tourist trophy". You can use the buttons to get through the menus and such. Unfortunately, sometime during the game, maybe once you get in-game, they stop working?
