Everywhere, or only in PCSX2?

For everywhere try:
disconnect/reconnect controller
delete/reinstall driver

For PCSX2:
delete PCSX2/inis/lilypad.ini and try remapping

Motioninjoy is generally not recommended around here. Try uninstalling that driver, then follow the steps here carefully(including install X360 drivers, yes I know it's a ps3 control, but you gotta do it).

I started using those drivers today when I bought a dual shock 3, and they rock.
