Hallo everyone,i buy a ati radeon hd 4650,in your opnion,can i play at full speed with this card?
My conf: amd athlon 64 x2 5000+ 2.6 to 2.9 2 gb ram ati hd 4650

The answer is depending which game you are playing, plugins, settings and system Windows you are using.

I dont have this game so i dont have a clue, i only have DBZ3 not with tenkaichi. Fps in directx.10 mode just same as directx.9 mode. Only with good cpu and overclock make it better in fps, but you can try with vucycle stealing since this option can give more fps rather than speed hacks.

It has more to do with your cpu, as pcsx2 is very cpu dependant. With the cpu u posted it might see close to full speeds with the latest beta + speedhacks.
The gpu u posted may increase the fps but to reach full speeds u would need to look at cpu.
