intel core duo e 5200 a 3.2 ghz
3 gb ram
geforce gtx 250 512 mb
lcd 22"
tenkachi 3 runs fine?

yeah your CPU (and rest) is good for pcsx2. Tenkaichi 3 "will" run fine (that is, after you configure it correctly =D)
