Well, I guess it's all about what games you're trying to play.
If it's just Kingdom Hearts, I guess they'll both be fine.
Just saying, I'm certain you'll find the E5700 a much better processor (and investment).

It just means if you install 1333MHz ram it will work in overclocked mode, those boards were not designed originally to work like that and the (OC) message is just mostly a warning because of it but it's no problem (and yes you can just change the settings but doesn't mean it will change 800mhz ram into 1333mhz ram if that's what you expect
).

It won't OC the RAM, the ram will run at it's normal speed
Yes, when you overclock ANY component it does reduce it's longevity but often it means instead of lasting 10 years it will do only 6-8, if you force it too much like increasing voltages to reach higher clocks even the longevity is reduced even more but that only happens when you do it without concern for proper cooling (even then it's risky tho
).
In the case of those boards tho they're made to run at those modes without affecting it.

Your C2Q is 4 x 2.5 Ghz.
If I were you I will never get a C2Q which is not only expensive but also outdated. A Sandy Bridge Pentium G cost around $80 and will outperform the C2Q in PCSX2. And its integrated Intel HD 3000 saves you from an entry level graphics card (around $50). You only need to spend a little more on the motherboard. Anyway it is up to your choice.
