The CPU is a bit slow. Since PCSX2 only scales up to two cores, you're effectively running a 2.2 GHz dual core. I ran KH2 using a 4.1 GHz Wolfdale, and even then I maxed out one core and averaged 30% on the second core.

I played Kingdome Hearts 2 in my C2DUO at 3.0 Ghz and It was really fast, almost 60fps everywhere, but now the game is a lot faster with the new speed hacks Smile. Yes, you can!
PC:

Totally playable I think. With a 2.4Ghz I can play both and your 3d is better than mine. I don't know if with 2.2 you'll get full 60fps though

also I think you should give a try to the SDK modded driver for ATI cards

and compile the latest version of this awesome emulator.

nothing now.

Oh I see now...LOL...30 FPS is slow....isn't it...
