you will experience some slowdowns in tenkaichi, but not much.
all of these will run @ playable speeds, anyways.

Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 Runs well with Frameskipping and other Speedhacks, and chaning the EE Round Modes etc. to None. It will probably run fine.
