can't get my PCSX2 0.9.7 rev3876 right
#1
the title said it .
i've tried all the possible settings available ( i guess ) but there is something that is not right . I tried to play Guitar Hero 3 in PCSX2 in my laptop , but no luck . It seems that it is a bit laggy . and when I try to play a song , it lags very much . Can't get the picture right . But what's more intriguing is that I played Guitar Hero 3 PC version in my laptop also , and it runs smoothly , so so so smooth . SO I don't know what the heck is wrong since it's the same game . can someone help me ? Thanks in advance .

My Specs :
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
Processor - Intel ® Core™ i3 CPU @ 2.27Ghz ( 4 CPUs ) , 2.3Ghz
Memory - 2048 RAM
DirectX Version - DirectX 11
Intel® HD Graphics .

Firstly, Emulating a game is NOTHING like running the PC version of it which was designed for the system.

Your biggest drawbacks are your graphic card and your CPU im afraid. For PS2 emulation you need a pretty decent graphics card and a 3Ghz+ CPU to get reasonable speeds.

I guess you could try playing with speed hacks, see if they help.

depends on the game you want to emulate

Example : For run the Gran Turismo IV i need O.C the processor to 4.0 Ghz but to run the FFXII no needs o.c or speed hacks
