can't load all cache file

-i have one quation: i am using pcsx2 0.9.6,and when i run cd/dvd the game runs , but i see in the console window this : dvci:warning,can't load all cache file.[img][Image: wwe.png][/img]

what is that mean?

That is a debug message of your game. If the game works after it wrote this you can ignore it.
