can't run pcsx rev 563 help me

it stops when the consolle says executebios complete.
Then don't read any disk, if i use standard pcsx release it runs
why?

Holy crap you are using some plugins which are from 2001...7 years old!
Delete the whole folder,download the playground version off our site ( http://www.pcsx2.net/files/12025 ),extract the 563 beta exe in that folder (where the other exe is).
Then,update your GSdx and Lilypad plugins from here: http://www.pcsx2.net/downloads.php?p=plgn
And you should have the latest and most useful stuff you need
