I got problem when loading iso valkyrie profile 2 silmeria (UNDUB) it takes 5mins just to load the iso.

isoFile: searching for layer1...
GSdx: CrcHacksExclusions:
isoFile: Couldn't find layer1... iso image is probably corrupt or incomplete.
* CDVD Disk Open: DVD, Single layer or unknown:

Try with the original disc, using an undub may be causing your problems.

The internal ISO reader thinks it's a dual layer disc. Use the Linuz ISO plugin instead to run it

This solution worked for me in with PCSX2 1.0, (I had the exact same problem with the undub version, though sometimes I got it to start after 5 minutes of loading, but it would crash in-game after a while.)

Here is a more detailed description how to use the alternate CDVD plugin, maybe it can be useful:
First, in the Config>Emulation settings menu, select Linuz ISO as CDVD plugin. Then, from the CDVD menu, select 'Plugin' instead of 'ISO'. Note that changing the CDVD Plugin will probably reset the CDVD selection to 'ISO', so maybe check again that 'Plugin' is selected in CDVD menu before you run the game.

Tom & Jerry's War of the Wiskers cd hangs whenever I try to start the game.
Using my own iso image works..
still I think we should look into this cdvdGigaherz problem

You have a bad custom frame rate set. Try to use defaults for everything when debugging.

I've applied localization data for some game and rebuilt iso from scratch (with right parameters).
The image file mounted into virtual drive always works fine with cdvdGigaherz, but when I burn this ISO to DVD, the 2/3 probability that image doesn't recognize (I already killed 5 disks this way) by plugin. Nevertheless, this disk works fine with CDVDolio plugin and no any reason to don't do it (disk surface and filesystem are good, and ISO image makes with 100% accuracy). I also tried to disable any hacks and fixes, go to EE interpreter mode - all is useless.

Here is a log in case if it helps...

Hi. I know this might be off topic but , Is a dvd sector the same as an address when i load the iso in c++?

Here is my original thread with question
This would be a better way to rip models than using those vertex buffer copying tools
