cheat didnt work

i have problem cheating code in pcsx2
for some reason it didnt work
i dont know but the pcsx itself didnt load the pnach file

it says like this

are you using a pal or ntsc version of the game

but the bios i used is japan region

There are two things I found
1."Enable COde"(which is actually not needed)will never look like this(meaning that codes most likelly are not raw or converted the wrong way)
2.Having non English\Japanese text in the code description can make you think the codes are for the PAL version of the game which you don't have)

PS.Bios region doesn't matter

i turn on point 1 and the great thing happen, it really happen
but i dont understand the second point, i only knew the game itself ntsc so didnt used
pal code for this game, of course the game itself undub version but i think its ntsc
but btw tanks for your advise

Undub patches tend to change the game crc.
You'll have to match your actual crc with the pnach filename.
