acording to the timesplitter screen my laptop specs are:

    Operating System =  Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (build 7600), 64-bit
    Physical RAM     =  1788 MB
    CPU name         =  AMD Athlon(tm) Processor TF-20
    Vendor/Model     =  AuthenticAMD (stepping 02)
    CPU speed        =  1.595 ghz (1 logical thread)
    x86PType         =  Standard OEM
    x86Flags         =  078bfbff 00002001

I suggest you get a decent pc. Yours is below the recommended requirements.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Sorry buddy but that laptop is a single core CPU running at 1.6ghz... meaning that laptop is probably 7 years+ old. PCSX2 requires a modern fast PC (preferrably desktop to avoid overheating issues) running at least 2 cores in the 3ghz+ range.

yeah, i switched to the main pc which shows this in the timesplitter screen:
Code:
Host Machine Init:
    Operating System =  Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition Service Pack 2 (build 6002), 32-bit
    Physical RAM     =  3060 MB
    CPU name         =  Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU     E6550  @ 2.33GHz
    Vendor/Model     =  GenuineIntel (stepping 0B)
    CPU speed        =  2.327 ghz (2 logical threads)
    x86PType         =  Standard OEM
    x86Flags         =  bfebfbff 0000e3fd
    x86EFlags        =  20100000
(i beleive this is much better Tongue2)
now ffx-2 is running smoothly (as an emulator can) on the main PC Smile
