afaik, you can do it using a few 3rd party tools like fireshock or ds4windows.
none of them are OSX compatible

and xbox 360 controller? is it possible to play with this controller?

can't tell since I never used a mac to play pcsx2.
but if you can play other games using this XBOX controller on mac, you'll probably be able to rebind keys under lilypad (depending on which pcsx2 version you're using, dunno if onepad can do this...)

If you're running some sort of WINE solution (CrossOver / WineSkin etc) and you connect your controller via USB it should work fine. That's how I've been testing stuff.
