control configuration question

Hi, I'm new to this particular emulator, and I appreciate the help.
Yes I read the guide but I cannot find an input in the pad configuration for a specific button; I don't know its exact name but the button for pressing down on the analog sticks.
I'm trying to play Katamari Damacy and I cannot figure out how to execute it.
What is it called and how can I configure it T_T
