controller not working

Hi everyone, i have a weird problem

my controller here works on the PS2 Bios but when i start a game (JoJo No Kimyou na Bouken - Ougon no Kaze) it doesn't work at all no controls no nothing, i tried to setup the controller again but with no avail, i am currently running the version 1.6.0 of the emulator and 0.12.1 of LilyPad

I had the same problem when I started the game, I update to nightly build and set up the controls but it didn't work. Is there any other fix?

probably not.
