i know someone has posted about it but i want to ask something else.
changing that option either in pcsx2 or task manager in what way affects the emulation and how much?

It can cause sound distortion/cracking and can cause input lag too, it could however give more stable FPS in case other programs are running in the background and may win a very little increase in speed (might help slow PCs tho). Overall I'd say it's not worth the possible sound and input problems.

best option close all programs running in baground.
