hello!! when i try to play at db bt3 the screnn start to blink (flash) and i don t know why, i have this configuration:
-windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
- 4 gb ram
-nvidia gtx 460 1 gb
-intel core 2 duo e 6750 2.66 ghz
can anyone help me ?
bios version usa v 2.20 (2006)
pcsx 0.9.8

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
- Any non default settings you are using.
- What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Get the latest Release as said. And try see the Alpha Hack. Under GSDX Config, click Enable HW Hacks, and goto Configure and select the Alpha. This Hack solved that problems many a times.
