@op- try with your old pcsx2 1.1.0 with same setting!
I think the problem is in your settings or in newer version of pcsx2!

that makes lil sense consider pcsx2 dont use physic so that should make no diffrence, but if it was what did great. i just dont see how that could effect pcsx2
Now i heard of people losing FPS with newer physic updates and needing to use the legacy physic software to fix that.
