dbz bt3 runs slower than it should

Hard drive speed wont affect FPS. Hard drive isn't used in emulation but only as a storage device for the game.

@op- try with your old pcsx2 1.1.0 with same setting!
I think the problem is in your settings or in newer version of pcsx2!

I already did that i menationed it above. no chnage in fps. direct3D9 gets me 60 fps but what hapened to d3d11 which gave me 60 fps with fxaa and fx shader activated? cant figure out what the prblm is? how can a machine start performing worse after a hdd change and programme reinstallation?

the problem is solved finally.
looks like the troublemaker was Physx. earlier when i got 60fps on d3d11 i had set the physx operator to cpu. now after getting the new hdd and and reinstallation of everything i set it to the gpu which caused the slowdown.
now set it to cpu again and whoa! i got 60fps in d3d11 even at 4Xnative.
my problem is totally solved now.
on another note, does physx do anything impressieve in modern pc games like bf4 or crysis 3?

that makes lil sense consider pcsx2 dont use physic so that should make no diffrence, but if it was what did great. i just dont see how that could effect pcsx2

Now i heard of people losing FPS with newer physic updates and needing to use the legacy physic software to fix that.
