devil may cry 1 screen tearing

i am experiencing some screen tearing in dmc1. the first pic its on the top left corner cutting the save icon in half. the 2nd pic shows the tear jus below the middle on the right side. this obviously isnt a vsync issue. it stays on the screen the whole time. my settings are default except for internal res. wen i use native res it goes away. but i want the high def resolution so it looks sexy. someone must have ran into this problem before.

Try with an older version of GSdx.

Thank you that fixed it. Im usin the gsdx thats bundled with 0.9.6. do u no where an archive of all the gsdx versions are? i want to play with the latest version of gsdx without the glitch. im weird like that lol.

do u no why it does this? how can a newer video plugin brake a game like this?
