dialogs and cutscene drop the performance to 50%

im playing NARUTO ULTIMATE NINJA 4,

I can run 4k smoothly but when there is a dialog the performance drop and they start speaking in slow motion lol, ( the same happens with other resolutions but native)

I got the 8core GPU 8gn MacBook Air
