hi everyone i have a question about digimon world data squad my pc specs are Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU T9300 @ 2.50GHz 250 GHz

Ram 2.00 GB i use pcsx2 0.9.8 and the game always slow and slowmotion talk and low fps how to make it fast normal ? and how to get gsdx10 i get always gsdx9 on plugins congfiguration and on omy pc it is installed latest directx 11 and my pc is windows vista.
