I've tried that, but the same problem occurs.

Last time someone had this problem it was a disc that didn't read that block when the ISO was made. Try remaking your ISO, maybe reading it at lower speed on another computer. If you're running it from the Disc you could try another CDCD plugins I guess

Ehr yea, and if you're using the undub version, I think it's broken in this point in the game.

I got the same issue. Are there any way to fix it besides changing game version?
