does not see avx

hi , I have not see avx I just see SSE ,
 I have 2 devices and the seam problem .
1- 
CPU: i5-750 , RAM:10 GB, GPU: GTX-960-4 GB windows 7.
2-
CPU:i5-M 560 , RAM:6 GB, GPU: ATI-Radeon HD 5650-1 GB windows 7.

Neither of those CPUs supports AVX. Simple as that.

1 - you need a PS2 to use pcsx2 anyways.
2 - just because you don't have AVX instructions doesn't mean pcsx2 won't run. I personally only have SSe4 capable CPUs, and pcsx2 works great...
