downloading directx

i was told to download directx in order to use the pcsx2 emulator. so i downloaded it .
im not sure what to do next    

then after that im not sure where to save the files at    
can someone please help me asap TT^TT

Just depack into a temporary directory like "C:\tmp\" !!!! Then go there and execute dxsetup.exe

Should work?! No restart. No nothing.

if its not a bother , would you mind giving me step by step directions

In the second screenshot, select any folder you like. Press ok and ok. Then go in that folder and run DXSETUP.exe
