dpad issue with PCSX2

ok, posting issue here because nefarious doesn't believe this is a dshidmini issue, sooo . . . yeah.  Anyway, I'm using PCSX2 nightly and the dpad won't work right with Bujingai - The Forsaken City.  Using my DS3 with dshidmini set to SDF for PCSX2, the cursor at the menu screen scrolls down infinitely if I tap the up button on the dpad.  One tap, hands off, the menu cursor is stuck scrolling down until I push the up button one more time, after which I can only use the down button to select anything or else it starts up again.  The other settings (GPJ, SXS, DS4, and XInput) all cause the rapid motion at the menus without even pressing any button on the Dpad and can't be stopped by any button presses.  I'm convinced it's a pressure sensitivity thing, but again nefarious has gone ahead and ruled that out for me, and I can't find pressure sensitivity fixes that aren't MGS3 or a racing game so I want to check here as well.

I've just started using PCSX2 for the first time, so I haven't confirmed with any other games, but the emulated PS2 dashboard does not experience this with any of it's menus.  Also, for the record, the DS3 works fine with dshidmini with ppsspp games.
